The Diarion is an online tool for teachers organize their classes. With Diarion, the teacher can register the planning of content, add students, grading and presence to student. Besides all, the Diarion possess a discussion group of the classroom, a repository of files and materials that will be used in class and all the classes schedule.
How it all started
Few users used the tool, it had no engagement, everybody test the tool, but no one talk about, no one paid the premium plan. All screens and navigation flow were made by the development team. It had no designer in the team.
It's all about simplicity
We started making a UX analysis (customer journey map, user stories, personas, scenarios and use cases, competitive analysis and interviews with the users). Recording the users flow.
A new way of telling stories
We created a project that includes all user touch points. A brand new experience for the user. New wireframe, new layout. We are very concerned about the user's learning curve and we planned give some reward as the user engage with the Diarion.
